Adding Students to Batches

PaySensei provides three flexible methods to add students to your batches:

Method 1: Individual Student Addition

1 Manual Entry: Add students one by one with complete control over their information and settings. Perfect for personalized setup and when you have specific requirements for each student. On an Android phone, you can even select contacts directly.
Add Member
Add new members to your batch individually or in bulk

Required Information:

  • Student’s full name
  • WhatsApp number (for payment reminders)
  • Due Date (optional)
  • Custom fee amount (if different from batch default)

Method 2: Bulk Student Upload

2 Excel Import: Upload multiple students at once using a spreadsheet. Download the template, fill in student details, and upload for instant batch population.

Excel Template Columns:

  • Student Name (Required)
  • WhatsApp Number (Required)
  • Due Date (Optional)
  • Fee Amount (Optional - uses batch default if empty)
πŸ’‘ Bulk Upload Tips: Ensure phone numbers include country code (+91 for India). Double-check spelling of names as they appear on payment reminders.
3 Student Self-Registration: Generate a unique link for your batch that students can use to register themselves. This reduces your workload and ensures accurate information.
Batch Joining Link
Share this link for members to self-register to your batch

How Self-Registration Works:

  1. Generate unique joining link for each batch
  2. Share link via WhatsApp, email, or messaging platforms
  3. Students click link and fill registration form
  4. Modify student information as needed
